Girish Sanjay Yadav’s journey into entrepreneurship ignited at a young age. Emerging from a lineage of cricketers, Girish aspired to make his mark beyond the sports arena. Despite his family’s involvement in dairy farming, Girish’s passion leaned towards the realm of real estate. “Our roots have been deeply embedded in Thane for generations,” Girish reflects. “I’m the third generation raised in this city. While our family operated a dairy business with milk distribution extending beyond Thane, I sought to break away from the conventional 9-to-5 routine. My ambitions lay in forging my own path.”
Listening to his heart’s calling, Girish embarked on his entrepreneurial voyage by initially venturing into supplying construction materials. Fondly reminiscing, Girish shares, “My initial role involved providing the essential materials required for construction projects. My emphasis was always on delivering the highest quality materials to builders. I exclusively dealt with branded concrete and trademarked aluminum, complying with ISI standards and certifications. Ready-mixed concrete remained our core focus. Through consistent delivery of top-tier construction supplies, I accumulated experience and earned a reputation for both quality and prompt service. Over time, as my business footprint expanded, I naturally transitioned into becoming a contractor.”
Under the banner of his friend Shivesh, who played an instrumental role in his startup journey, Girish established his own business. His debut project as a contractor was the Shivanand building in Thane. “From my humble beginnings to the present day,” Girish reflects, “my journey has been transformative. Today, my endeavors span three companies: Shivesh Enterprises, Vitesh Infra, and Ajesh Infra. While Ajesh Infra takes charge of Mumbai-based projects, the remaining two cater to Thane.”
Recognizing the paramount significance of human resources in any organization, Girish values his team as the backbone of his operations. “My team comprises 20 individuals, each possessing extensive experience and qualifications. Several have dedicated over 25 years to this industry. Although we aren’t publicly listed, our operational efficiency aligns with the standards set by corporate giants. Achieving this demands harnessing cutting-edge technology, exemplified by our use of Mivan technology. This innovation facilitates the seamless completion of two slabs per month,” Girish shares. “Ultimately, I prioritize the satisfaction of home buyers as much as that of builders.”
Girish’s portfolio encompasses remarkable achievements, including the development of the upscale VVIP area at Peddar Road and SBUT Cluster-1 near Chor Bazaar. Beyond his role as a dedicated contractor, Girish upholds his family’s sporting heritage by organizing football and cricket events through the Legend Sports League.
Amid his ongoing projects, Girish is directing his energies toward a 50-story building in Girgaon. He is also collaborating closely with MMRCL (Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation Limited). Additionally, he’s engaged in a partnership with the Yuvan Group for the creation of the opulent 51-story “Stellar” tower in the heart of Thane. Girish holds unwavering confidence in this Yuvan Group venture, which promises luxurious two and three-bedroom flats. The building will house an array of state-of-the-art amenities, including a stargazing area and an indoor swimming pool, showcasing Girish’s commitment to redefining modern living.
